"At my age (70+), needless to say I've had the need for physical therapy more than once in my lifetime--the latest/last one for chronic neck/shoulder pain complicated by daily migraines. After a previous PT center was unable to help me, discontinued my sessions, and referred me back to my neurologist, thank goodness a relative recommended TruWell Physical Therapy. TruWell was the only center where I found therapists (each of them, Maggie, Sara, Tracey, and Traci) who had the ability, knowledge and experience to address craniosacral therapy. When I arrived at TruWell, I was broken; I had been awakening every morning, 3, 4, 5 a.m., for six weeks with the worst migraine and neck pain I've ever experienced. After 16 sessions where I received personalized, one-on-one attention and support, including dry needling with e-stim, manual therapy, and specific exercises, I am happy to say, I was able to discontinue my sessions myself and am painfree still, a few months later! After recovering from a broken ankle and surgery I began the search to find a good physical therapist. I was so fortunate to find Sara at TruWell. She came up with a comprehensive treatment plan for me to work on at the facility and at home. My Doctor had said to expect one year for a complete recovery but in less than six months I am back to my normal activities. My Doctor and I couldn't be happier with the results. "I saw Sara throughout my pregnancy and post partum and she was my life saver. She not just helped me with existing back issues but also helped me reduce my pain during pregnancy and recover afterwards. She always has the right treatment at hand for whatever I needed at the time. She is listening carefully to everything you tell her and she cares and really wants to help you get better. I would recommend Sara to everyone and I will definitely come back if I need PT in the future! Brian, at the front desk is great too. "Very clean establishment. Very friendly and professional staff. I brought my son in for a football related injury. Sara was quick to understand the issue. She set him up with stretches unique for his injury and used localized micro current. He was able to start at his position within 2 days without issue. Can't thank them enough.
